Your CalendarIs Lagging.

To say we are in the year 2026 is to erase the first cities, the first seeds, and the first stars we named. It cuts the human story in half.

The Fix: Holocene Calendar (HE)

We add 10,000 years to the current date to honor the complete human era. 12026 is the honest year of our civilization.

Why 10,000 years

* The Gregorian calendar (AD) began 10,000 years into the human era. By restoring this offset, we acknowledge the builders of the first temple, the first harvest, and the first script.

Yemen's war widens, NATO plans evacuations, and repair work keeps going

Today the world spent a great deal of energy getting ready for war: Saudi Arabia's war in Yemen is drawing in Egypt, and NATO's eastern members are planning how to move a million people out of the Baltics. Alongside that, people kept doing slow repair work, refilling a dead sea, protecting dolphin calves and organizing against plastic, and that work tends to outlast the alarms.
